Adriano Satta – Chief Executive Officer
Adriano is Co-Founder & COO of Regener8 Power and Co-Founder of Regener8 Sports. With a professional background in planning and development consenting, he specialises in delivering renewable energy and sports infrastructure projects that regenerate underused spaces. He is also Founder & Chairman of Sporting Club Portsmouth, reflecting his commitment to grassroots sport and community impact.

Deepak Sareen – Chief Operating Officer
Deepak brings over 20 years’ experience in property development and investment, with a proven track record in scaling social impact businesses. As CEO of Regener8 Power, he has grown the company from a start-up to a multi-country developer with a portfolio exceeding 2.5GW across the UK, Italy, and Poland. He is passionate about sustainability, longevity, spirituality, and wellness — values that underpin Padel Flo’s mission.

George Thomson – Chief Financial Officer
George has extensive experience in finance, investment, and operating sports and leisure businesses. As Managing Director of Climbing Hut, he transformed a single loss-making site into a profitable multi-site operator with over 50 staff. Previously CIO and CFO at Regener8 Power, and with a decade in private equity, George combines commercial acumen with a lifelong passion for sport to drive Padel Flo’s growth.

Manjit Sareen – Chief Communications Officer
Manjit Sareen has over 20 years’ experience building and scaling businesses across education, health, and wellness. She grew her last edtech company to 80+ countries before it was acquired, and today continues to apply her global entrepreneurial mindset through a portfolio of advisory and leadership roles. Manjit serves as a board advisor to Beyond, a youth mental health charity, advises Tuck Advisors in the US on M&A within health and education, and heads up Longevity Clinics World, a gateway to the world’s top longevity clinics. At Padel Flo, she is driven to empower communities, foster connection, and grow the sport of padel.

Ashley Fromberg – Head of Land
Ashley has over 18 years’ experience in real estate and renewable energy, specialising in site acquisition, contract negotiation, and full lifecycle project development. He has led the acquisition and development of over 750MW of solar PV projects (across ~2,400 acres) and 2.5GW of energy storage. His expertise ensures Padel Flo sites are secured and delivered with speed and credibility.
